Players build the French province of Carcassonne by laying their tiles one at a time beside an existing tile piece. They may then choose to place a their meeple down upon the placed tile in order in an attempt to score points. Scoring points will depend upon laying more connecting landscape, though others will try to hinder you and join in on the point scoring.
